This website
This website has no analytics scripts, advertising pixels, forms, cookies set by our code, or embedded third-party fonts. It does not collect bookkeeping information.
When hosted on GitHub Pages, GitHub processes visitor IP addresses for security purposes. Hosting is subject to GitHub’s privacy statement. Links to Apple and other external services are governed by their respective policies.
If you contact support
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you include. We use that information to answer your request and investigate the issue. Email providers also process those messages. We keep correspondence as needed to handle support and applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can request deletion by contacting us; some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations.
Planned app storage and processing
Entrywell is designed to store your business records, transactions, and receipts on your devices and, when available, sync them through Apple’s iCloud. Receipt recognition and suggested categories are designed to run on-device. No A2M4-operated server is planned to receive those financial records.
iCloud is an Apple service. Its operation is subject to Apple’s privacy policy and your account settings. We do not claim that data synced to iCloud never leaves your device.
Sharing and exports
The planned app lets you choose to share a business with other iCloud users and export records. Recipients can access information you share with them, and exported copies may remain with recipients after sharing ends. Share only with people you trust.
Purchases
Subscriptions are planned to use Apple’s in-app purchase system. Apple handles payment information. The app will use purchase entitlement information to determine which features you can access.
Your controls
Data export and deletion controls are planned for the app. Deleting app records will not necessarily remove exports you saved elsewhere, copies held by recipients, or records Apple retains under its policies. The final release documentation will explain these controls.
