Common questions
Can I use Entrywell without iCloud?
The planned app supports local-only use when iCloud is unavailable. Sync depends on your Apple account, connection, and available iCloud storage.
Will receipt recognition work on every device?
Receipt scanning and language-model extraction have different device requirements. The planned fallback parser handles basic receipt details when the on-device language model is unavailable. Review extracted amounts and categories before relying on them.
How will I manage a subscription?
Subscriptions will be managed through your Apple account. On iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. See Apple’s subscription cancellation guide for help.
Can you access or recover my bookkeeping records?
The planned architecture does not give A2M4 Systems LLC access to your app ledger or iCloud records. Support cannot restore records you delete. Keep exports of important business records.
Will Entrywell file my taxes?
No. Entrywell is being built to organize records and prepare exports. Estimates and categories should be reviewed with your accountant for your circumstances.
