Provider and application license
Entrywell is provided by A2M4 Systems LLC. When distributed through the App Store, the application will use Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, unless a separate license is provided with the app. Applicable Apple purchase terms also apply.
Planned plans
The planned free tier includes one business, 25 receipt captures per calendar month, manual entries, and CSV export. The planned Pro tier includes unlimited businesses and receipt captures, file import, sharing, accountant exports, widgets, and Siri shortcuts.
Planned U.S. Pro pricing is $4.99 per month or $39.99 per year. Prices in other regions, taxes, and the final feature set will be displayed in the app before purchase.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Pro is planned as an auto-renewable subscription billed through Apple. Review the price, billing period, and renewal terms in Apple’s purchase confirmation before subscribing. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings. Refund requests are handled through Apple’s refund process, subject to applicable terms and law.
Your financial records
You are responsible for the accuracy of records you enter or import. Receipt recognition, transaction matching, categorization, and estimates can be incorrect. Review your records and maintain copies of important documents.
Tax estimates and reporting
Entrywell is a recordkeeping tool. It does not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice, file tax returns, or guarantee compliance. A set-aside estimate based on a percentage of profit may differ substantially from your actual tax liability. Planned Schedule C exports are not a substitute for professional review and may not suit your business entity or filing requirements.
Availability
Features may depend on device compatibility, operating system version, iCloud availability, and your network connection. Planned capabilities are described on the homepage and will be confirmed at launch.
